This page lists the people who run the portal. The scientists responsible for peer review and for the scientific content of the journal are listed separately in the editorial board of Archivio Italiano di Urologia e Andrologia. Correspondence for the editorial office goes to the address on the contacts page.

Who does what
The names above belong to the portal, not to the peer review process, and the distinction matters when deciding where to write. Scientific judgement on a manuscript — acceptance, revision, rejection — rests entirely with the editors and the referees listed in the editorial board of Archivio Italiano di Urologia e Andrologia. The people on this page run the publication around that judgement: production, copyediting, layout, the website and the correspondence that keeps both moving.
| If the matter is | It is handled by |
|---|---|
| A manuscript under review, a revision, a rejection | The editors and the referees of the editorial board |
| Proofs, reprints, publication fee, timing of an issue | The Managing Editor, through the editorial office |
| Medical review of the Italian pharmacy pages | The Scientific Editor, as described in redazione e revisione medica |
| A broken link, a wrong figure, a correction on the site | The web and secretarial staff, at the contact point above |
| Company data, VAT number, legal notices | The publisher, in Chi siamo and in the note legali |
One consequence is worth stating plainly: the pharmacy section and the journal do not share a review process. Papers go through peer review; the Italian drug pages go through editorial medical review by the Scientific Editor, with a named reviewer and a dated last check at the foot of each page. Keeping the two apart is deliberate, and it is the reason the two sets of pages are described in different places.
What each of these roles produces, section by section, is listed in the index of the journal sections.
